Wendy comes from three generations of real estate professionals; her grandfather, father, and mother brokered Auburn Area Agents and Everything in Real Estate brokerages in Michigan. Born and raised in Mid-Michigan, Wendy learned early and well from family members how important buying and selling real estate can be in people's lives. Educated at the University of California, Davis, Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree in American Studies. Designations in real estate include the Council of Residential Specialists and Accredited Staging Professionals. In addition, she owned and operated a flower shop for twelve years in San Francisco and Middletown. From 1998-2010, she and her husband Carlos were restauranteurs of Gracias, a local Italian/Mexican Restaurant. With this business foundation, Wendy has worked hard to know how she can give her clients the best service possible. It's all about serving my clients & putting their needs first in every situation.

Married to Carlos, they have five children, Ian, Mark, Carlos Jr., Paul, and Sarah. Wendy knows the importance of just the right home for a growing family. She is as dedicated in her family life as she is in her professional life, acting as a volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America as a Unit Commissioner & a Merit Badge Counselor as well as a Lay Leader and Children's Pastor for the Cobb Mountain Community Fellowship.
